SyCipLaw Conducts Briefing Highlighting Philippines Competition Act Briefing for PLDT and Smart Communications, Inc.
SyCipLaw partners Emmanuel M. Lombos, Arlene M. Maneja and Franco Aristotle G. Larcina conducted a briefing regarding the Philippine Competition Act for PLDT Inc., and its subsidiary, Smart Communications, Inc. on March 24, 2017. The briefing was attended by members of PLDT’s and Smart’s marketing, sales, finance, legal, regulatory and supply chain management teams. PLDT’s Legal Services Center hosted the briefing, which was jointly conducted by SyCipLaw’s litigation and competition lawyers, and is part of PLDT’s and Smart’s broader initiative to build a strong culture of compliance through policies, training and counselling.

His other work focus is arbitration and dispute resolution for commercial transactions.
