11/29/2017

As part of World Law Group’s initiative to get our practice groups more active and make them a more valuable resource for our members, we've implemented a new leadership approach to our practice groups to include lawyers from all regions in leadership positions for each group. Over the past few months, we've welcome four new practice group leaders.

WLG is pleased to announce Emilie Ducorps-Prouvost as a Co-Chair for the Human Resources Law Practice Group. Emilie, a partner at Soulier AARPI in France, is specialized in labor and employment law and advises French and foreign corporate groups on all employment related issues. Her practice focuses on national and transnational corporate reorganizations and restructurings, transfers of employees, collective lay-off plans, work-related health & safety and she manages employment issues associated with corporate deals, including labor due diligence. Lastly, Emilie is highly experienced in (individual and collective) employment and social security litigation.

Ryan Kurtz, member at Miller & Martin, has been named Co-Chair of WLG’s Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Ryan practices in business and commercial dispute resolution, including intellectual property and international litigation and arbitration.
