The company is regularly advised by CMS Hasche Sigle, particularly in the fields of corporate, competition, environmental and mining law. It asked Harald Kahlenberg of CMS Hasche Sigle to set up competition and anticorruption law training for all its subsidiaries in 20 countries worldwide after around 10 successful training sessions in Germany.

The team includes the following WLG member firms: Alfaro Abogados for Argentina, CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz for Austria, CMS DeBacker for Belgium, TozziniFreire for Brazil, Urenda Recoret Orrego y Dörr for Chile, Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners for Greece, CMS Derks Star Busmann for The Netherlands, Santamarina y Steta for Mexico, CMS von Erlach Henrici for Switzerland, Rodyk & Davidson for Singapore, Hergüner Bilgen Özeke for Turkey, and Drinker Biddle & Reath for the U.S.A.

Most of the training events have now taken place. Some of the WLG member firms have advised K+S in other matters. The members of the team for the international training sessions hope to generate future business from K+S for their firms.
