1. Share with us something new and interesting about your firm.
Our firm has been focused on gender issues for many years. We have always tried to create opportunities in order to attract and then retain the best talent of the organization. A few years ago, and after visualizing an experience abroad, we launched “BLIND ACTING.”

This is an interactive drama experience for companies and organizations of all kinds with challenging training needs, created by Guyer & Regules and Players Theatre Group.

International experience shows that change in the way an organization’s members relate to each other does not occur easily reading articles or attending courses as it does when seeing actors interpreting them. Upon perceiving the dramatized experience, this is internalized faster: the BLIND ACTING creative team periodically organizes meetings with different company members. They are free to narrate their good and bad experiences of their relationships to each other, with clients and third parties. Such meetings contribute examples to write down in a script. With the scriptwriter’s humor and emotion, scenes are prepared by a professional cast of two actresses and two actors.

Scenes are dramatized for the organization’s members at their premises, or in Guyer & Regules’ auditorium or in a theatre room provided for such purposes. At the end of each scene, a moderator interacts with the audience in order to discuss what they have just seen and to what extent the conflicts raised may be resolved with a different relationship. The idea consists of introducing the problem, not providing solutions. The entire event lasts an hour and a half approximately.

2. You are currently a Co-Chair of the Infrastructure & PPP Group. What’s going on in the global infrastructure investment market and where do you see opportunities for WLG member firms?
We are seeing a very clear trend towards the development of sustainable energies. In this trend, hydrogen is clearly leading the scene. Because of its features, we believe that this issue will certainly be of interest for all WLG members and we understand it would be ideal to arrange a panel on the main challenges. I see many opportunities for the network’s members in this area.

3. Tell us about your hobbies and/or what you like to do when away from work.
I enjoy practicing sports and playing tennis. I also like to read and to spend as much time as possible with my family outdoors.
