1. Share with us something new and interesting about your firm.
Previously, we were entering our time entries from the firm portal that our attorneys can connect to from a computer. During the last year, our IT department developed an application that allows us to enter time entries from our mobile devices which has made life easier for keeping a record of time spent on projects.
2. How has World Law Group been important to your practice?
The ability to reach colleagues anywhere in the world has made me look more valuable from the client’s perspective because they know that I can connect them with an appropriate lawyer with professional skills anywhere in the world.
3. What is something you like to do in your free time?
I play tennis as a competitive veteran and participate in tournaments when my body allows. Although there were restrictions on playing tennis during the pandemic, I have never had the chance to follow the ATP and WTA tournaments so closely on TV before COVID.
4. Tell us about a recent client, marketing or other collaboration with a WLG member firm(s).
Together with Jeff Jefferson from Locke Lord, we represented a local client in the sale of a company operating in the health sector to a US investor under a share purchase agreement that was subject to NY law. The client was very satisfied with the services provided.
