Locke Lord and Soulier AARPI are serving together as co-counsel in a lawsuit brought against a French client and its affiliates in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The lawsuit seeks to hold the client and its affiliates liable for pension withdrawal liability assessed against a defunct Massachusetts company. The client acquired operations formerly affiliated with the company, but did not acquire the company or any of the divisions that generated the alleged liability.
