In May of this year, Pedro Mazer of Alfaro Abogados in Argentina referred client Coty Inc. to Juan Manuel Mercant of Guyer & Regules in Uruguay for a matter regarding legal procedures the client needed in order to comply with the Uruguayan law of beneficiaries.
In March of this year, Jorge León-Orantes of SantaMarina y Steta S.C. in Mexico worked with Juan Manuel Mercant – Guyer & Regules to assist a client with legal procedures to comply with the law in multiple jurisdictions in order to solve distribution matters in Uruguay.
