Legal Update

On the date hereof, Joint General Resolution No. 4,428/2019 (the "Resolution") issued by the Federal Public Revenue Administration ("AFIP", as its Spanish acronym) and the Secretariat of Mining Policy was published on the Argentine Official Gazette, which regulates the claim procedure regarding the affectation of the fiscal stability acquired in the Regime of Law No. 24,196 of Mining Investments (“Mining Investments Law”).

Legal Update

Last February 7, 2019, President Macri signed Decree 115/2019 which provides new regulations for the midstream sector which are aimed to promote the investment needed for the evacuation of the increasing oil and gas production coming from unconventional reservoirs (Vaca Muerta) in Argentina.
