A "Taste" of the U.S. Food Industry: WLG Member Collaboration
This collection of photos comes from Luc Attlan of Faegre Drinker (Illinois, USA). Earlier this year, Luc met with WLG colleagues from Bech-Bruun (Denmark), Setterwalls (Sweden), PLMJ (Portugal), and Gianni & Origoni (Italy) to deliver a "food tour” — a series of in-person sessions designed specifically for member firms and their clients interested in the U.S. food industry. The sessions provided practical guidance on U.S. market entry, covering regulatory requirements, cross-border M&A, corporate structuring, and litigation risk—tailored for European businesses.
