Amper and Nazca to Acquire Teltronic

Cuatrecasas advised Amper on a binding agreement with Nazca Capital fund to acquire 100% of Teltronic Group, a leading company in defense and security communications. The transaction is expected to be worth approximately EUR 225 million.

In addition to fostering a stable and long-term partnership between the two companies, the transaction will also help position Amper as a key player in the defense industry and contribute to implement Spain’s defense and security strategy and strategic autonomy.
