BDGS Appoints Florian Dessault and Florian Bosser as Partners
BDGS Associés is pleased to announce the appointment of Florian Dessault and Florian Bosser as Partners.
Florian Dessault is a member of the firm’s Litigation and International Arbitration practice. Admitted to the Paris and New York Bars, he advises on high-profile commercial and corporate disputes before both state courts and arbitral tribunals. He has also developed a recognised expertise in the management of sensitive litigation involving regulatory or competition law issues.
Florian Bosser is a member of the firm’s Competition and Regulatory practice. A former conseiller de la Cour des comptes and former advisor to the Prime Minister’s office, he advises French and international companies on foreign investment control, State aid, merger control and regulatory matters, drawing on his extensive experience and in-depth understanding of regulatory challenges.
These promotions mark a further milestone in the firm’s development, strengthening two of its strategic practices through the promotion of internal talent.
