Prof. Piphob brings over 30 years of experience in tax law and is one of the preeminent tax lawyers in Thailand. He is ranked as "Band 1” by Chambers and Partners’ Asia-Pacific Guide and named in the "Hall of Fame” by Legal 500 as a longstanding leading tax lawyer in Thailand. He has been widely recognised and respected by peers and clients. Prior to joining Chandler Mori Hamada, Prof. Piphob founded and led a prominent top-ranked boutique law firm after a long career at international law firms in Thailand.
Surapol was the former Managing Partner of a leading international law firm in Thailand and currently serves on several boards of publicly listed Thai companies. With over four decades of experience as a litigator on some of Thailand’s most high-profile cases, he brings his extensive litigation experience and management expertise to our market-recognised Dispute Resolution team.
Rachanee has decades of experience advising on tax law. She is ranked as "Band 2” by Chambers and Partners’ Asia-Pacific Guide and recognised in other leading law firm directories. Rachanee formerly worked at prominent international accounting and law firms as a well-regarded tax expert in Thailand. She is fluent in Thai, English, and Japanese.
Dr. Theeravuth is a distinguished academic in tax law in Thailand as well as being a notable practitioner. He advises on specific tax issues, including royalty income classification involving offshore entities, interpretative issues in the oil and gas industry, and customs duty matters.
