Columbus and Mérieux Equity Partners Invest in Series B Round of Ona Therapeutics

Cuatrecasas advised Columbus Venture Partners and Mérieux Equity Partners on their investment as co-lead investors in Ona Therapeutics’ Series B round, a pioneering biopharmaceutical company developing first-in-class antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) targeting treatment-resistant cancers.

With this transaction, the two co-lead investors join other major investment partners in the Barcelona-based company at a critical juncture in its development: advancing the clinical development of Ona’s lead program, ONA-255, a first-in-class ADC focused on breast cancer, and advancing ONA-389, a second first-in-class ADC targeting colorectal cancer.
