Condis Completes Acquisition of Dispreu Logística’s Assets

Cuatrecasas advised Condis Supermercats, S.A.U. on completing the acquisition of the assets of Dispreu Logística, the company managing the Binipreu supermarkets in Menorca.

Condis incorporates into its structure eight supermarkets in several municipalities in Menorca, three logistics platforms, and the Binipreu Menorca shopping center, which is considered one of the island’s main commercial and services venues.
