Get to know Federico's practice:
Federico is an attorney who primarily works in the Corporate Law and Banking and Finance departments. He assists underwriters in international issuances of public debt by the Uruguayan government. Federico regularly advises financial institutions on a variety of matters, including banking, project finance, infrastructure projects, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. He also provides counsel on commercial and corporate law related to the establishment and daily operations of manufacturing and service companies, as well as on venture capital transactions.
What are your expectations or goals for attending the summit??
This will be my first time participating in a WLG summit, and I am truly excited to take part. I look forward to learning more about the dynamics of how the summit works and, most importantly, to meeting new people and continuing to strengthen the relationships between our firms.
Outside of your work, what's something you enjoy or find energizing, professionally or personally?
Outside of work, what I most enjoy—and what I find truly energizing—is spending quality time with my family and friends. While sports play an important role in my life, it is really family and friends that I value the most. Professionally, I also teach Project Finance at the University, which I find both fascinating and highly rewarding, as it greatly enriches my practice.
