Food Tour: Bringing U.S. Food Abroad

Following WLG | Summit Riga '25, we are pleased to highlight an innovative collaborative initiative shared by Luc Attlan of Faegre Drinker.

Earlier this year, Luc collaborated with fellow member firms Bech-Bruun (Denmark), Setterwalls (Sweden), PLMJ (Portugal), and Gianni & Origoni (Italy) to deliver a "food tour"—a series of in-person sessions designed specifically for member firms and their clients interested in the U.S. food industry. These sessions provided European businesses with practical guidance on U.S. market entry, covering regulatory requirements, cross-border M&A, corporate structuring, and litigation risk.

This initiative demonstrates a creative approach to leveraging the network to provide tailored, sector-specific expertise to clients across multiple jurisdictions.
