H.I.G. Capital Completes Acquisition of Majority Stake in Avanta Salud Group

Cuatrecasas has advised H.I.G. Capital, a global alternative investment firm, on acquiring a majority stake in the Avanta Salud Group from its founding partner and MCH Private Equity Investments.

Avanta Salud Group is one of the leading providers in the Spanish occupational health and safety services market. MCH and Avanta Salud’s founding partner have reinvested in the group, retaining a minority stake.
