Indra Group to Sell MBC, Minsait’s Business Consulting Division, to Waterland

Cuatrecasas advised Indra Group, a global leader in the defense, aerospace, and advanced technology sectors, on the agreement reached with the European fund Waterland Private Equity for the divestiture of 100% of Minsait’s strategic business consulting division, Minsait Business Consulting (MBC).

The deal includes the ALG and NAE brands and the transfer of approximately 1,700 professionals, mainly in Spain and Mexico. Indra Group will keep the rest of the Minsait business.

The transaction, aligned with Indra Group’s Strategic Plan, reflects the group’s conviction that transformation requires focusing energy, investment, and management on the areas that are truly strategic for its future.
