Jorge León-Orantes B. Appointed Americas Regional Director

World Law Group has appointed Jorge León-Orantes B. of Santamarina y Steta in Mexico as Americas Regional Director, effective immediately, filling a vacancy on the Board of Directors for the remainder of the current term, which concludes at WLG | summit Berlin in October.

Jorge currently serves as Managing Partner of Santamarina y Steta and has more than 30 years of experience advising national and international companies on corporate and transactional matters, with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, and financing. 

He brings significant WLG leadership experience to the role, having previously served on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Business Development Committee. His longstanding involvement with the network and deep understanding of its membership will help support continued engagement and collaboration across the Americas region.
