Briefly describe your role.
I specialize in advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures, with a particular focus on the technology, industrial, and digitalization 4.0 sectors. I also support clients with reorganization measures. Clients appreciate my personal commitment, assertiveness, and solution-oriented approach.
In addition to my practice, I lecture on corporate law at the University of Heidelberg and the International School of Management Stuttgart, and I serve as an advisory board member for civil law in the "Pro Bono” initiative at the University of Mannheim.

You recently attended WLG | regions’ Athens ’25. What were some of your key takeaways from the event?
WLG | regional Athens ‘25 was an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow lawyers from across EMEA and explore how innovation and geopolitical shifts are shaping our countries and our work. As I shared following the event, one key insight came from Boston Consulting Group, which noted the rapid growth of Greek private equity and VC in sectors like deep tech, biotech, health tech, and fintech—with over EUR 550 million invested in more than 90 Greek startups in 2024 alone. Viva Wallet, a European cloud-based paytech, stood out as just one example of this momentum.
Across member firms, tech M&A transactions are shaping our business, and cross-practice teams with deep tech expertise are aligning well with client needs. Many of us are also integrating AI into both operations and client service—a topic that sparked thoughtful discussions on both the benefits and potential drawbacks. Above all, the event reaffirmed the strength of our network and the importance of personal connections in delivering exceptional legal support. I’m already looking forward to continuing these conversations with colleagues from Helsinki, London, Copenhagen, and Barcelona that I will be connecting with this autumn.

What is an interesting fact about you?
I strongly believe that driving topics and people forward and forming something new is the most important and fulfilling. That’s why I add value for my clients, friends, sports team, and family.
