Briefly describe your role.

I am an Associate in the Corporate Group, advising private and public companies and family offices on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and corporate governance matters.

As a first-time delegate at WLG | summit Seattle '25, which session resonated with you most, and why?

The "Workflow Rewired: AI in Practice Across Member Firms" session was especially informative. Learning how other delegates have integrated AI into their practices was eye-opening and insightful. It pushed me to think critically about how I can leverage AI to increase my productivity, while also being mindful of its shortfalls.

…the DJ at the Crocodile was also particularly memorable. May we all channel his energy in 2026.

What trends do you expect to shape your corporate practice in 2026?

In line with my response above, I expect AI and automation to continue to shape my corporate practice in 2026. I believe clients will increasingly expect their legal team to use AI to increase efficiency and lower legal costs. It is our job as counsel to lean into those trends, while simultaneously demonstrating to clients that certain aspects of our work require expertise and nuance that technology cannot replicate.
