Mobilize Financial Services Closes Cars Alliance Auto Loans Spain 2026 Securitization

Cuatrecasas has advised Crédit Agricole CIB and Societé Générale on the structuring of Cars Alliance Auto Loans Spain 2026, a securitization fund grouping together loans originated by Mobilize Financial Services to finance vehicle acquisitions.

The main goals of the transaction—structured as a simple, transparent and standardized securitization under the EU Securitization Regulation—were to diversify Mobilize Financial Services’ financing and optimize its regulatory capital. The fund has issued bonds totaling €890.2 million, attracting strong investor demand. The issue prospectus was registered with the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission on October 6, 2026.
