Mohari becomes Sole Owner of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid at Centro Canalejas

Cuatrecasas advised Mohari Hospitality Limited, a global investor focused on long-term ownership and development of luxury hospitality assets, on the spin-off and distribution of the assets of Centro Canalejas Madrid, its joint venture with OHLA. The firm also advised Mohari on the full acquisition of the Four Seasons Hotel, the Hermès retail space, and an associated underground car park.

Sole ownership of the Four Seasons Madrid has given Mohari strategic control of a landmark asset for Madrid. Inaugurated in 2020 as the first Four Seasons property in Spain, the hotel has become a benchmark for luxury hospitality in the city and an essential part of its international appeal.
