Multi-Jurisdictional Finance and Trade Secret Litigation

 At WLG | summit Riga '25, Alex Gomez of Hunton Andrews Kurth highlighted two successful collaborations: a complex international transaction completed by the firm’s Houston-based Banking & Finance team involving member firms in Italy, France, Luxembourg, and Norway, and a significant litigation victory for a software client referred by Bech-Bruun. In the latter matter, Gomez successfully obtained a rare "death penalty" sanction ruling against a former employee involving the alleged theft of trade secrets.
