In one matter, a digital asset management (DAM) company sold a majority stake to a private equity firm. CMS Netherlands, Locke Lord, and MinterEllison represented the DAM company in the sale.
In another matter, CMS Netherlands, Arias, CMS Germany, Locke Lord, and TozziniFreire provided multinational representation to a company acquiring an international freight forwarding services provider.
