PDPA Alert⁠: PDPC Crackdowns

Starting August with news of PDPA enforcement, following the THB 7 million fine imposed last year, the PDPC announced on 1 August 2025 that five new cases (involving eight entities) have been concluded under the PDPA in 2025, with total penalties amounting to approximately THB 14.5 million.
