Plenium Partners & Bankinter Investment Close Financing for Solar Photovoltaic Projects

Cuatrecasas advised Plenium Partners on the EUR 530 million financing from CaixaBank and Abanca for a 130 MW portfolio of 70 photovoltaic projects across Spain. The financed assets belong to the alternative investment vehicle Helia Renovables IV, launched by Bankinter Investment and Plenium Partners in 2020.

The projects, which have an operational track record of over 15 years, are regulated and benefit from the Specific Remuneration Regime for Renewable Energies (RECORE).
