Sayenko Kharenko Named Among Ukraine’s Top 50 Employers for Veterans

Sayenko Kharenko has been included in the Top 50 Employers for Veterans list, published by Delo.ua іn June 2026 as part of its Veterans Economy special project. The list recognises Ukrainian companies that systematically support veterans in their return to professional life through employment, reskilling and career development programmes.

The research analysed dozens of companies based on the number of veterans employed and the availability of dedicated support programmes. Sayenko Kharenko was recognised for its consistent investment in the psychological, professional and educational support of veteran employees.

Since 2023, the firm has partnered with DoLadu, a psychological support project covering employees who have returned from military service or are undergoing rehabilitation. Together with the "Breathe” Charity Fund, Sayenko Kharenko has directed over 15 million hryvnias toward the project’s development between 2023 and 2025. The firm also supports the professional growth of veteran employees by covering their participation in industry forums and conferences. It serves as a partner of DoLadu School – a free, offline programme for veterans covering financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and civilian labour-market adaptation.
