They guide clients through rolling out critical enterprise systems, and have the acumen to anticipate and mitigate potential risks related to these endeavors. The Technology Group also stays at the forefront of emerging technology trends, including artificial intelligence, Software as a Service (SAAS), data analytics, and cybersecurity, providing comprehensive counsel on how these advancements impact their clients' operations.

Lawyers in this group also play a crucial role in supporting M&A transactions, ensuring that technology-related aspects are handled seamlessly, from due diligence to post-transaction integration or separation. They handle technology-related disputes and are experienced in cross-border arbitration and mediation.
