Bech-Bruun has assisted the owners of Brands4kids on the divestment to Standard Investment
Brands4kids is a multi-brand fashion group developing and marketing the children's clothing brands Pippi, CeLaVi, Minymo, Fixoni, Color Kids, En Fant and Creamie.
Standard Investment is a European equity fund with offices in Brussels, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Stockholm.
