1. Briefly describe your practice.

I am currently the Deputy Managing Partner and the Lead Partner of the Commercial and Corporate section at Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners (BGP). I have been practicing law for over 30 years, and my expertise is in helping numerous international and Greek clients navigate complex commercial and corporate deals, as well as high demanding dispute resolution.

I have assisted high profile groups of companies and financial institutions in many complex and demanding cases, such as legal due diligences related to the listing of shares on the Athens Stock Exchange or to various kinds of M&As, financing of large projects and companies by loans of various types, syndicated loans, simple commercial loans, various bond issues relating to all the spectrum of establishment and operation of banks, legal opinions on a variety of complex banking issues, and more.

2. You were recently selected as a Key Contact Partner for your firm. Can you tell us what you hope to gain through WLG participation?

I’ve been with BGP for more than 33 years [since 1990] and have been involved in various WLG projects since BGP joined the organization! Since I have already built relationships, my addition to BGP’s Key Contact Partners is with a goal to continue assisting members.

3. What is the most significant benefit you've found through your WLG involvement?

The unique motive of working with other especially qualified colleagues on challenging, and quite often complex, cases towards efficiency, quality, safe result, business orientation, and speed for the benefit of valuable clients.

4. Can you recommend a "hidden gem" for those visiting Athens?

Rather two “gems”: a) the night life at Exarcheia, and b) the ancient Athens area located where Monastiraki, Theission, and Anafiotica are today. The last is just below the Akropolis hill.
