Faegre Drinker advised KingsIsle (https://www.kingsisle.com/) in connection with its acquisition by gamigo (https://en.gamigo.com/), a German video game company.
Although Faegre was main counsel for KingsIsle, it is a Texas company and the acquisition was structured as a merger, so Faegre reached out to Hunton Andrews Kurth for Texas counsel to help with (1) the merger in Texas and (2) other local corporate matters (including a small reorganization of our client pre-closing). Faegre also relied a lot on Sunyi Snow and Greg Schmitt of Hunton also assistted with various other merger-related questions.
