Gowling WLG Named One of the UK's Best Workplaces for Women by Great Place to Work

Gowling WLG has been recognised as a Best Workplace for Women™ by Great Place to Work UK®. The firm has been ranked 8th in the Super Large size category and is among 114 UK-based organisations recognised.

Gowling WLG's submission highlighted the work the firm has been doing, including a research project to investigate what more the firm needs to do to ensure that women reach partnership and thrive once there.

Great Place to Work UK® also noted the positive contribution the firm's Family Matters and Thrive networks make in helping build and cultivate a healthy workplace culture. The Thrive network is focused on helping to promote gender equality in the workplace. The network is working to drive gender equality throughout the firm that will help to achieve our aspirations of better balance at the top. The Family Matters network supports parents and carers across the firm. It offers lunch and learn sessions on a wide range of topics and helps make the firm more inclusive for parents and carers.
