1. Briefly describe your practice.

I specialize in corporate and commercial law and advise on a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including strategic business combinations, cross-border transactions, leveraged buyouts, and other private equity sponsor-led transactions, tender offers, minority investments in public and private companies, joint ventures, spin-offs, divestitures, and other corporate matters. My practice has crossed multiple sectors, including healthcare/life sciences, real estate and hospitality, TMT, banking and regulated sectors, Tech and AI, and industrial sectors.

I am proud to affirm that Gianni & Origoni boasts one of Italy's leading mergers and acquisitions practices and since joining the firm over 22 years ago, I have had the privilege to work on some of the largest corporate and M&A transactions in Italy.

2. You were recently selected as a Key Contact Partner for your Gianni & Origoni. Can you tell us what you hope to gain through WLG participation?

In my role as Key Contact Partner, I aim to further strengthen the firm's presence within the network, reinforce connections with other WLG colleagues, and explore mutual potential business opportunities for our firm. I also hope to share our firm's expertise and knowledge with fellow WLG members with the aim of supporting them in any cross-border activity involving Italy.

3. Your firm hosted WLG | summit Rome '23. What were your impressions about the event?

Our firm was thrilled to host last year's second WLG | summit - which has also marked our 30th anniversary as members of the network - and we were extremely happy to welcome everyone to Rome. This event was a valuable networking opportunity to exchange experiences and challenges. We met brilliant lawyers with whom we discussed and shared industry knowledge, innovative ideas, and strategies that will benefit our work as well as our clients.

4. What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time?

When I am not working, spending time with my family is my top priority. I also greatly enjoy playing tennis as well as the piano. They are both activities I look forward to as they allow me to switch off and focus on the moment.
