Global Cannabis Guide Launched

We are very pleased to announce the release of the World Law Group (“WLG”) Cannabis Guide 2020. On July 24, the Quebec government proposed regulations determining other categories of cannabis that may be sold by the Société québécoise du cannabis and limiting the sale of edible products containing cannabis extracts, as well as topical products that may be used. Brian Kujavsky of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg spoke with Canadian Lawyer on what these regulations mean and the reason for them.
