Corporate Transactions

The Corporate Transactions Group is dedicated to providing comprehensive counsel to large and mid-sized clients navigating complex corporate dealings, both domestic and international. Their extensive portfolio includes mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JVs), leveraged buyouts (LBOs), tender offers, public and private corporate finance including private equity, securities offerings, venture capital investments, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), capital markets, and more. Members frequently collaborate for clients on complex cross-border matters in these areas.

Comprising lawyers with expertise across industry sectors, this group is at the forefront of guiding businesses and investors through intricate corporate transactions. They meet virtually and in person to discuss experiences and insights on new legal developments that impact the structuring of transactions, share state-of-the market trends, and explore opportunities for collaboration.

They collaborate to present a virtual global state of the market seminar each year and frequently organize sessions at WLG summits. They meet up at industry conferences such as the International Bar Association Annual Conference.
