Martika Jonk of CMS Netherlands is providing local corporate advice to a Locke Lord client on a proposed venture investment in a Dutch company. The U.S. client is led by Providence, Rhode Island based Andrew Hughes of Locke Lord’s private equity practice group. While this project was ongoing, Martika reached out to Andrew for assistance on a CMS Netherlands client’s proposed sale of its business to a U.S. company, which involves an equity rollover in the U.S. company.
