WLG’s Member Firm Leaders Forum is a place for firm management (chairpersons, managing partners, board members, executive committee members, and other partners who have significant management responsibilities) to share best practices and discuss elements of firm leadership such as:

  • Firm strategy
  • Firm culture
  • Talent Management (recruitment, retention, professional development, etc.)
  • Firm finances
  • Innovation and technology

It is also a place for firm leaders to learn more about WLG and how their KCP’s can leverage the network.
