Globant acquires 100% of Grupo Assa
On July 31 2020, Globant S.A., a digitally native technology services company, acquired Grupo Assa (“gA”), a leading digital and cloud transformation services company, to strengthen its leadership in digital and cognitive transformation.
Globant acquired 100% of the capital stock of Grupo Assa Worldwide S.A., subject to certain adjustments and installments, including an earn out based on certain revenue targets, and part of the consideration is payable in equity of Globant S.A.

gA is a global technology company that uses digital platforms and transformation services to empower large companies in America and Europe to reformulate their business models and organizations harnessing the insights and power of data, AI and people.
Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi, through its partners Estanislao H. Olmos (M&A) and Alejandro Perelsztein (who assisted gA for the last 15 years), along with associated Juan José Romano Blanco, assisted the ultimate controlling shareholder of gA.
